Dwellings, Inc. was formed in 2006 by Shannon Schutz, with the  straightforward goal of providing exceptional service and outstanding design.

We are passionate about creating enlightened interior spaces and excel at producing exacting procurement services for the hospitality industry. We are ​known for building long lasting client relationships based on trust and ​transparency.  With over 100 hotel renovations and new construction projects​ completed in the past decade, we are seasoned in the hospitality industry.
