Acting as agent for our clients allows us to negotiate, transparent, pass-through pricing ensuring the best value possible.  We strategically asses each project’s timeline, budget and design level to determine appropriate vendor selections.  As we are a fee-based purchasing firm, we do not partner with any one vendor. This allows us to negotiate terms, pricing and lead-time as a fiduciary to our client.  Detailed documentation accounting for each FF&E line item is meticulously reviewed to ensure every project is on budget and on time.  ​
